Pasta with meat tasted scampi, when I tell this on the desk, the behavior was like I was lying, even though I tell this after I pay the bill. I did not eat that meal at all.

As part of the reorientation after Covid and economic difficulties, the Vapiano has lost some of its charm. On the other hand, the concept of self-registration via mobile phone is very clever and the food is of the usual quality. As always, the service is airy, nice and relaxed, the table service concept works. Somehow likeable, we hope that the store will remain successful after the crisis. Overall, a recommendation for quick, uncomplicated cuisine in between, if you don't want to sit down for a long time.

Were there at noon during the week, allocation of seats, drinks and food received promptly, both starter and main course really tasty, a shame that the drink prices make you twitch (€ 4.50 for wheat). You should think about outdoor lighting.

Very tasty and friendly. Also great for babies and children. There is a star deduction because we had to wait a long time for our food.

Unfortunately only one star, and it is only available for location. We would have to wait a long time, although there were plenty of waiters there. The pizza took 45 minutes, after the third request a waitress came and apologized. Well, bad luck they say something like that.

Good and finally open again. After the Vapiano had to close due to bankruptcy due to Corona, it is now open again just like before. Apparently there are no changes, a lot of staff in the open kitchen and now a lot of staff who do the service. Sometimes the plate is stolen from the guest a little early. The service staff is separated on friendliness. The food is relatively freshly prepared and of appropriate quality, the portion size a little bit economical. The outdoor seating is a hit in this weather with the adjacent playground. The parking spaces are actually available in sufficient numbers, unless the queue in front of the door never ends. Only the toilets are inadequately cleaned with this rush, and of course the dining tables are also cleared, but as long as we were there, not a single one was disinfected. A pity

Today after a very long time we went to Vapiano to eat again. There is no longer any self-service. I also think it's much better the service was perfect and of course the food. The employees were all super friendly: -D felt very comfortable with my cousin. Will come again :-)

We were and are always super satisfied! Quality of the food is very high and tasty. Food is hot and served quickly. It's a shame that this large antipasti platter is no longer available. Pizza and pasta are always very tasty. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Special requests are met with a nice smile. This praise goes especially to Melli. (We asked her name because we met her particularly warmly) But the rest of the team is also super top. We are glad that you are there for us again. Whether back then in Nuremberg or now in Fürth. An excellent location. The food is very delicate and is brought to the table with the greatest friendliness. Kudos to Mr. Nico for his professionalism. Very integrity ?

Eating takes a long time, waited 45 minutes for food and only got it after the waitress reminder Lanterns or outdoor lighting would be useful.

Waited 15 minutes at the door today until you were assigned a seat. There were enough places, just too few employees. And after another 15-20 minutes nobody came to place an order. Then we went ...

Insider tip for bulimia. Eat once and let the whole thing go through your head at night. We approached the staff 2-3 days later, but they weren't particularly interested. Have to get rid of the remains from before Corona. Actually Schade were there several times and actually had no other problems

I'm very happy that Vapiano has reopened! The allocation of seats went very quickly with us (but it wasn't very busy at the time). When we were done there was a long line in front of the entrance. The food tastes good as always. However, the waiters are often inattentive and seem a bit uncoordinated. Nevertheless, I would like to continue supporting Vapiano with my weekly visits!

Contrary to previous reviews, we took our order quickly. Super friendly. The food for 5 people came quickly and tasted good. Everything was fine.

Evaluation to restart. It was all positive. Food was freshly prepared, tasty and portions were ok. The prices have roughly been taken over from the predecessor. But there are no more gummy bears at the exit. Also no packaged items.

Unfortunately not very positive: - First a long wait at the entrance - then it takes almost 40 minutes to get the drink - Ask for more than an hour and cure twice until the starter finally comes (just a simple salad) - then food and starter come at the same time! - The sauce that went with the salad was not available - the food was edible but not really tasty and absolutely didn't taste as it should (problem with the recipe or the kitchen?) I'm not particularly talented but even I can do better ... - All employees would be very stressed even though there weren't many people there, so either the organization is .. Or they were too few but something is not going well. Unfortunately, there is no desire to come back so soon.

Super nice restaurant! Cool designed for both young and older people. The food tastes fantastic, the service very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, they took the lasange from the menu, which was always delicious, that's the only downside. The pizzas etc. also tastes great but it's a shame that there are no more lasange ...

One of my favorite place. Whenever I go to IKEA, I stop by and order their amazing spaghetti bolognese. Elegant but comfortable atmosphere, good prices and delicious food, plus parking area for your car. What do you need more ?

Very Romantic

Good ambience, Play Area for kids.. so perfect place to go with kids. Food is also good. But on weekends one has to wait long which can be annoying. Would always love to go on normal days. Trimassu is amazing.

Food is good. Not amazing, but good and not expensive. However, the concept of waiting in line is not very fun. They should give numbers or pagers while you wait so people can go wait and talk on their table.

Fast and very good pastas. Worth a try.

The restaurant is conveniently located at the A73, exit Poppenreuth. They have free parking in front of the restaurant. The Vapiano concept is a bit strange: you need to order your food at the food stations and wait for it. Last time we waited for 30 min, because there were so many customers. Seating was good, but not very comfortable. Staff was friendly, but they really should introduce a service where they bring you your food to the table. Some fast food places, like McDonald’s have that by now. No reason Vapiano shouldn’t be able to do that as well. I had a reef and beef salad, with double beef for around 12 euro. It was good, but a bit pricey for what I got.

Lovely place

Cozy and stylish atmosphere. Nice concept of an Italian "fast-food", but I think it's sometimes necessary to take the time for preparing meals - wasn't always happy with my pasta. Wine and desserts are also really good..

Lovely place with great food, the upper part of the restaurant tends to be drafty in winter though.
